You have a support order or agreement registered with the
Maintenance Enforcement Office; however, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or longer
have passed and no payments have been made. The Respondent is now
thousands of dollars in arrears. All enforcement action taken by the
Maintenance Enforcement Office has not been successful. Unfortunately this is not uncommon

The Maintenance Enforcement Office is very slow and has a large caseload
assigned to each officer. They are also under staffed and dealing with out of date information. The process becomes
